Their customer communication was on point. Their texted links were easy to navigate. They give a free full inspection with, easy to understand, descriptions and photos. They work quick, and notify you when things are completed. They also have a great after hours key drop off and pickup. Overall I LOVED working with them for an easy, worry free, quick fix to the few issues my car was having. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any maintenance or repair work on your vehicle! 👏🏼

If I could do more than 5 stars I would. I had great experiences previously with Sager and Sons at their old location, but had yet to visit the new location on Franklin until recently. I had some issues with my Kia and had to have it towed to the mechanic. I chose to take it to Sager and Sons because of my good experiences with them before. Although it had been a few years since I last talked to them, it was easy to set up a drop off appointment online when it was convenient for me, and then I was able to confirm with Alayna that they could look at it in a day or two. They got it looked at quickly and found that the problem was due to a known Engine issue with Kia. Alayna and her crew were able to pin point the issues, and documented everything so that I would be able to easily work with Kia directly to get the engine replaced at the Dealership. Absolutely incredible service especially considering they weren’t going to be doing the repairs. They will absolutely be my first call with any future issues because they are honest, fair, and very transparent.
