Our alternator went out on Friday of 4th of July weekend while in the Boise area on vacation - we were pretty desperate to find a mechanic to repair our car, but were not optimistic about our odds. We are so grateful we found Rich’s, he said he would do his best and shopped around for any parts he would possibly need while he waited for our van to be towed to the shop. Our van got to him around 4 pm and by some miracle, he got us all fixed up before closing time! He saved our trip & helped us get back home as planned. Thanks so much!

I was traveling through from Washington to Utah when my check engine light came on. I went to Autozone to pull the code then they referred me to Rich's. I went in without a call or appointment and they took my truck in right away. I appreciate that Rich asked me questions and actually listened to what I said. They did a great job with a quick diagnostic and did not charge me for parts I did not need and didn't pressure me to do additional work either. I just needed 1 coil replaced to fix the problem and then finish when I get back home. One of the best mechanic shop experiences I've had. Steph at the desk was nice and knowledgeable too. And they got the job done faster than I expected. I truly appreciate what they did for me today!

I took my Pontiac G8 to Rich's auto after I made the mistake of letting someone else, who was a former GM employee work on it. Rich and his crew recognized and corrected all of the problems that had been either overlooked and created by the person that worked on it previously. They were reasonably priced, and got my Pontiac running like a jewel. I'm in love with my car again after having left it in their hands.
