Red Line Transmission Repair

I live in Washington state I was traveling had some severe issues with my car. I took it into this shop had a great experience. Alex the owner took care of me very quickly it was less than a 24-hour period and I was back on my road trip back to Washington. I'm very thankful for the experience I had with these guys. Usually when you're and out of town or you get treated poorly but I was treated with the utmost respect. Prices came in very good I wasn't gouged and I was treated like a king through their service I'm appreciative. If you're ever in Boise traveling through or you live in that town please go into a shop if your car needs repairs. A class service is always appreciated. Thank you Alex and your guys for getting me back on the road with a smile.

Charged my husband 11k to rebuild the tranny. It seemed like it wasn't even touched. Caused us issues but we couldn't make it back up to warranty it out. We called multiple times and they never answered. Finally got a call back when MY DAD had to call them to see what the deal was. Anyhow. Left my husband and 5 year old stranded on the side of the road cause the whole transmission took a poop. Will be contacting the BBB. Don't do business if you want to get screwed and charged up the butt

Had a really good experience with Alex at Red Line. I had a Jeep Wrangler that started making a knocking sound in the rear end. I had other folks that were unable to diagnose it but talking to Alex over the phone he not only gave me a pretty good idea of what he thought it was, he was one of the few mechanics that was willing to give me any sort of quote. While the final price ended up being higher, he was transparent and explaining to me the reason for the increase. Even having the entire rear end rebuilds, I had my Jeep back within a week. It also came with a 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty everything done.

I needed a transmission specialist and called up Red Line after browsing Google. Alex was patient on the phone and since I was in the area and my weekly schedule was tight, he had me stop by like 15 mins later. He actively listened to my description of the issue, checked out a couple things like fluid smell and color, gave me an idea of what would happen next if I wanted to bring it in. Fast service. Brought it in a week later and his service/price was accurate to what we discussed. He was patient with extra questions and maintenance suggestions. He talked with me about how much he guaranteed his work, to call back if I experienced any issues. I have since been referred to Red Line by a few mechanically savvy friends so that gives me additional confidence in my original choice. My experience with Alex's customer service and quality of work has been excellent! I look forward to a better driving experience in my 1994 Ford F-150.
