Took my 2002 Honda Civic to Naylor’s and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled a valve adjustment and camshaft position sensor replacement and much more, walked me through exactly what the car needed, and were upfront about pricing with zero pressure on the extras. Russ provided incredible service the entire time, keeping everything organized and getting it all put together seamlessly. They even set me up with a loaner so I wasn’t stranded while the work was done. The car runs like new now, smooth and reliable. Steve personally followed up afterward to make sure everything was good, which says a lot about how they treat their customers. Honest, skilled, and genuinely care about doing right by people. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleCalled on my truck that needed a new radiator. Immediately was sent an estimate that was a fair price, scheduled an appointment for next day service. We only have 1 car, we were given a loaner at no charge which was a huge help!!!!! Customer service and repair service are top notch!!! Will definitely be bringing our vehicles in for future service. Also thy do a no charge vehicle inspection which found items that definitely need attention soon!!!!!
