Store Manager Corwin is top notch, answered every question I had and Made my experience wonderful. I have had some not so great experiences and this store manager made this family's day a little better. I would recommend this store to everyone for the exceptional management.

Got a metal screw in my tire at the beginning of the day (5am on the way to work) which wasn’t discovered (flat tire) until attempting to head home from a long day at work, stuck now in downtown Boise. I called Les Schwab at 3:40 pm, was told I could bring it in, and they'd repair it before they closed at 6 pm.(AAA came & put on my spare). The staff at Les Schwab really took care of me! 'Worked me into their schedule before closing, repaired the tire, did not try to upsell me any goods or services, and did not charge me. Wow, they truly helped(rescued!) me in a distressing situation!. Fit me in, and got me on my way home back to Nampa. I felt so grateful! This is the way to make customers for life! Thank you so much, Les Schwab for your compassionate, professional & ethical staff!
