I been driving a 2018 MERCEDES Sprinter Revel camper van since new.mine is not a babied garage queen but I use it towing a dump trailer and drift boat often. My Revel is optioned up and weighs in at 9200GVW. Van was equipped with Goodyear KO2 tires new- at 30,000 they were terrible with unbearable road noise. I replaced them with Cooper Discovery AT tires and ran them for 40,000 at which point they were worn out. Good tires- quieter but not good tire life. I have 15,000 on my new Les Schwab Open Range AT and they are far superior to the others. Great open tread in snow and sand yet the are QUIET! I am off road towing often and they perform great.

I've had it with my local store. The customer service is poor. I got a quote today that said 105 dollars to mount 2 tires on 2 wheels. I asked about the quote before they started it was 105. I said wait a minute. He then replied, I wrote it up as something else because I am in a hurry. Ill fix it when you guys, being my wife and I return. I had to run a different errand. She went back and they charged her that. I am very disappointed as I am a long standing customer for 14 yrs. Not anymore!

I was overcharged for an oil change after they decided to do a second inspection at my expense (first brake inspection was already on file for 2026) and told me they can’t just replace my brakes they have to replace the rotors, discs, calipers and brakes. My small business can’t afford unnecessary or egregious expenses for standard maintenance. If the whole brake setup was bad then it should have been mentioned during the first inspection that simply declared worn brake pads. I just need an oil change and brakes every 6 months, spending $141 on just an oil change has set my business backwards during our busiest season. Free inspections turn into expensive ones depending on their standards in which I have no intentions to try and learn. I will not be returning.
