I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube Multicare facility on Broadway in Boise. I’m sharing this as a “Public Service” announcement for anyone looking to avoid unnecessary and overpriced automotive repairs. I recently visited another automotive shop in Meridian charged me almost $400 for diagnostics and then quoted me over $2,600 for extensive (and it turns out, unnecessary) work on my cars A/C system, including a full compressor and condenser overhaul. It didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion. At Jiffy Lube Multicare, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explain everything clearly, and recommend only what was truly needed. The result, that my A/C was repaired for less than $300. The team was straightforward, honest, and professional throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to work with people who value integrity and treat customers fairly. Area Manager Steve Bisbee is truly spectacular! If you’re looking for trustworthy service and honest pricing, I strongly recommend giving them a visit with great enthusiasm!

I took my car into Jiffy Lube on Broadway to get my oil changed. I was greeted by Adam, who was extremely helpful, professional, and very informative. I would recommend it to anyone. I had an oil change, transmission oil change and my transfer case fluids replaced. All this in about 30 minutes. I have been here many times and the service team never disappointed. View on GoogleWhy was it $180 for an oil change with coupons? I asked for synthetic but are there nicer ones that cost more? I didn't ask for the most expensive one. I drive a 20 year old car. A break down of cost especially when that much would have been nice. I was thinking it was going to be like $80-$100. Last time I went to the same location a friend popped the hood after and there was a rag under the hood. They said thats why you dont go to jiffy lube. I don't think I will again. Transparency would have been nice and $100 more in my pocket going elsewhere where next time.
