The guys at Dowdy's took great care of me. My battery terminals were corroded and pretty much mangled. It hit the guys up and set up an appointment 3 days later. My car has some pretty weird terminals that most shops wouldn't normally have on the shelves but they still got them there in under half an hour. It probably took them 15 minutes max to get the new terminals installed, new heat shrink, battery corrosion preventative, and even an alternator and battery test. They really went the extra mile and then some. As someone who does a little bit of DIY work I appreciate the work ethic and passion these guys have for cars. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.

I’ve gone to a lot a mechanics over the years, but now I only take my cars to Dowdy’s on Grove. Excellent service, great prices, but most of all I trust them. They never try to price gouge me, rather they are always honest and work with me on what needs to be done soon and what can wait. They know my car well and always give it excellent service, even when it’s just an oil change. There is no one I trust more with my car.

They quickly took care of me. The one thing I truly value is their willingness to educate me on how to maintain my car between services so it keeps running. I have been having issues with my truck for months and could not figure out the issue. So after going through tissues....I had a good friend and mechanic tell me to bring it in and they would figure it out. Low and behold they did. My truck was done in the next morning.
