Noah is almost always there when we go in and he has been such a great help, flashes a friendly smile and get right on into finding out what might be wrong with our cars. He and his TEAM have been amazing and trustworthy and very true to thier diagnostic checks. Very thorough on what need repair and what we can hold off on. Also we went in asking him to fix something but his sensor reader said nothing was wrong and denied to fix it meaning he didn't wanna take our money if he wasn't 100% sure what the problem was. We appreciate that especially with a lot of car shops willing to jip you out a few hundred and not even fix the problem. Thank you Guys at commercial tire for being A) great team B) honest.

It kills me to write such a poor review, but it is well-warranted. Commercial Tire (Overland & Cole) used to be my go-to tire store. Unfortunately, they told me my front tire tread was too low to rotate after only 20,000 miles (see photo), even though these are 60,000-mile tires I purchased at this exact store. Their recommendation was to drive another 5,000 miles and just replace them at the next oil change. Here’s a better idea: I’ll go across the street to Les Schwab to rotate my tires and service my three vehicles and two-trailer fleet. It’s vital to trust the companies working on my vehicles, and that trust is gone.

Noah Erdmann provided service above and beyond. I have an 2009, Toyota Tacoma, that had a broken Wheel Center Cap. Noah searched for two weeks for a replacement. I highly recommend going to Commercial Tire. In addition to the Wheel Center Cap, I had my tires rotated, the oil changed, and the serpentine belt replaced. I have used the services at Commercial Tire for over ten years. The prices are fair, the employees are friendly, helpful, and professional.

I am thrilled with the work commercial tire did. I took my dodge truck in to have all five of my blend door actuators replaced, the heater core, the evaporator coil, radiator flush, and my water pump. I had received two other quotes and commercial tire was by far, the best price by a long shot. I worked with Sam and Noah, who were very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend commercial tire on south Cole road. It’s nice to know that there are still companies that operate with integrity and core values. They have earned my trust and my business.
