Responsive communications and very reasonable labor/parts charges. However, power steering return line was cut to replace steering box, spliced with rubber tubing that split because the cut was not deburred. Took out pump, and Joe refused to "take the blame" and told me to take my truck somewhere else, then hung up on me. Ridiculous for an ASE mechanic, shoddy workmanship.

I managed to make it to Buss Automotive and their mechanics came out and asked if I needed help with the tire and I said yes please! They changed the tire for me and got me back on the road at no charge!😎. Once again, thank you for your help 🙌. You guys are awesome 💯😎
