I’ve been bringing my 2004 Mini Cooper here for oil changes and service for a while now, and every experience has been excellent. At 22 years old, my car is basically becoming an antique at this point, so having a mechanic I genuinely trust is a huge deal. At the end of November, I had a key issue that ultimately caused the car not to start. Because I gave birth literally a week later, dealing with the car understandably fell to the bottom of the priority list, and for the past six months I genuinely believed the car had a dead battery, alternator issue, or some larger electrical problem. When I finally had it towed in, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue and discovered it was actually corrupted key data — not the battery or alternator at all. They explained everything clearly, never upsold me, and were incredibly thoughtful and honest throughout the process. What I appreciate most is that they treat people fairly, especially with older cars where it would be very easy to push unnecessary repairs. They are knowledgeable, patient, and clearly care about doing quality work the right way. It’s rare to find mechanics who are both highly competent and operate with real integrity, which honestly feels harder and harder to find these days. Very grateful to have found them.

Took my 2014 Jetta here for a timing belt and water pump service. Boise European gave me a very fair price and used quality parts. They were thorough, even taking it for a solid test drive to make sure everything was perfect before handing it back. It’s hard to find an honest shop that doesn't cut corners or overcharge. Thank you Brian! I called multiple shops trying to get my 1989 bmw 325i e30 head gasket replaced. I heard multiple times we don’t have the tools to do that. Brian answered the phone and scheduled the job without any hesitation in his voice. He knows his stuff and what after market parts are junk. Look, if you drive a European car there's no reason to go anywhere else. These guys know their stuff, charge WAY less than the dealerships and do great work. Also, if your car doesn't need a thing, they don't do it. They'll quote you the higher end of what you might need, but only charge you for work you actually need. (My car was due to have the radiator fluids checked so they quoted me a price that included a flush. When they looked, it didn't need a flush so they didn't do one.) Great guys, great service, great prices. Be warned, if you're headed east on Overland it's easy to miss them. The sign is unassuming and set back a bit... Easy to miss.

I had an emergency roadside self-repair today, still noticed issues. I dropped in unexpected on Brian and he took the time to get me all set. I did make it home to SLC tonight, thank you so much Brian. 🙏🙏🙏
