View on GoogleWe have used 4 Big O Tire shops, 2 in CA and 2 in ID. We are always impressed by all Big O shops/employees. Efficiently ran, great services and prices. However, all the shops had at least 2 manning the front desk, but in this Boise shop there was only 1, but he definitely was doing the work of 2, between the phones ringing constantly and walk ins he was handling it all professionally and friendly. We bought tires and the guys were all friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! Definitely will use this location again and highly recommend!
View on GoogleDon't look any further than Big O Tires on Broadway! This used to be our go-to tire store. We have not been there in more than 15 years because we moved and now we are back. Dustin and Alex from the old crew are still there, providing great service at a great price. I highly recommend these guys. I was looking for a light truck tire with a somewhat unusual size 275/45R22. Unlike any of the other stores I asked for a quote, Dustin suggested to size up to a 285/45R22 because this more common size has better selection and pricing. I was not quite comfortable with the tire brand he suggested and did my own research. After finding the tire I wanted at a large online store, I asked Big O to quote the Pirelli Weatheractive for me. Much to my surprise, Alex gave me the exact price that I had found online. Tires were ordered yesterday and installed within less than 45 minutes this morning. The final price was almost $600 less than next door and $450 less than up the street. To top it off, the Pirellis are eligible for a $100 mail in rebate. Tire advice with a creative solution at a great price, that is how you win my business! Great work, Dustin and Alex. Thank you.
