It’s rare to find a shop that’s both technically solid and genuinely customer-focused. Really appreciate the extra effort they put in to get everything sorted quickly and correctly. Highly recommend asking for Brian and Louie if you need work done.

He consistently takes the time to walk me through my options, explain the pros and cons, and help me make the right decision without ever feeling pressured. I really appreciate his honesty, knowledge, and customer-first approach. The team does great work, communicates clearly, and makes the entire process easy. It’s hard to find people you trust with your vehicles, and Eddy and the team have definitely earned mine. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Ended up here after my battery died and Auto Zone couldn’t help, but then Eddy went out of his way to walk over and jump my car just to get it to Big O to check the battery. Ended up needing to replace the battery. All of the technicians were extremely prompt and polite. Will definitely be going back!

Started coming to Big O about 3-4yrs ago when Sean spotted me stranded in a parking lot with a flat tire. Him and the team patched up my spare (that also happened to be flat), changed the tire, and assisted me in getting to the shop. Louie and Eddie were extremely helpful/attentive my last visit. Very communicative and touched base with me throughout the day with updates regarding my vehicle. Great crew! Shops can be intimidating for women - I feel comfortable and taken care of each time.

I called they told me $120 my Bill it would then end up charging me $134 i would not call for little extra money they charged me but i did call them because we made appointments at 9:30 we had to wait over 3 hrs. Very bad experience. And this is exactly why i dont do business with you
