I had a situation at work pop up this week with my company car, and had a deadline by the end of the week to drop it off and drive my personal car for the time being. Conveniently I already had a quote to get my brakes replaced and just needed to set up the appointment. Auto Tec responded promptly and scheduled my car on their next available appointment. They were fast and efficient but most of all their communication and customer service was key!! I highly recommend this company and Ed! Thank you so much!

It is so convenient to have them come to your home. My five stars are only not for the convenience though. The best part of my experience was technician Ed! He took the time to teach me so much about how my vehicle operates and show me why he was diagnosing the problems he found. He was friendly, never made me feel uncomfortable, and didn't talk down to me. I'm not a mechanic, if I was I wouldn't need this service. So it was very refreshing to not wonder if I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge.

These guys are amazing. My truck was overheating just going a short distance. I called and got an appointment. Ed came out and was able to diagnose the problem as a radiator and he ruled out some more serious issues inside the engine itself. We didn't have to go anywhere and everything was explained well. The parts are being ordered and the pickup will be like new in a few days. I'll be using them for all my vehicles in the future.
