Took our car to get a wash and spent $30 on it which isn’t cheap especially for the wash we got. I called and was automatically sent to voicemail. There is no direct line to the Grimes location apparently. I had left a message and never received a call back so I called again. The gentleman I spoke on the phone was rude and short with me. The only option I was given was “take it back for a manager to look at it”. So I have to waste my time to take it in again because you guys have no way to refund us since we aren’t members. We did at one point have a membership but canceled due to the countless times we took the car and didn’t get a proper wash. We hoped that since it had been a while things would’ve improved but clearly not. Overall, terrible service from the gentleman I spoke to. There should be a direct line to the car wash itself. The wash was disappointing. We will not be returning and I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you get out of the car as soon as you get out of the wash so you can get a second wash immediately after the first! I had a great experience at this car wash! The staff was friendly and professional, and they did an excellent job cleaning the outside of my car. It looked brand new when they were finished. The service was quick, affordable, and well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. so worth coming every week

I pulled in with it looking dusty and rough, and she had it shining like it just rolled off the lot. Super friendly, fast, and actually paid attention to the details instead of rushing through. The whole truck looked spotless and smelled amazing after. If you’re going to Shine Shop, definitely ask for Daeja — she knows what she’s doing and makes the whole experience easy and fun.

View on GoogleCareful, they will sell you a “cheaper” membership for two months then out of nowhere you get hit with a $50 automatic charge. Also, they DO NOT issue refunds. They need to educate the little kids selling the memberships, no one ever told me that after the 2 month trial that I’d be auto renewed at a higher price. They just put your card on file without confirming with the customer.
