These guys are very professional, kind and helpful. I had an emergency light come on while I was out shopping and went to their shop. They knew what to do to figure out and fix the problem. I will start taking my car there for routine maintenance.

After a horrible experience with another local company, Walker at CBA provided me (an entirely new, never set foot in the door customer) with a literal 10 star experience. Walker helped me same day, advocating for me and my vehicle with the previous location. CBA saved me 1000's of dollars in unnecessary repairs. View on GoogleI brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive with a handful of smaller issues and specifically asked for help getting them resolved. While they acknowledged the concerns I pointed out, I ultimately left without any real solutions or repairs completed. I was looking for more willingness to troubleshoot and work through the issues, especially after directly asking them to proceed with repairs. My vehicle does have some suspension modifications, and the overall impression I got was that they simply did not want to work on the car or have me as a customer. The staff was polite, but the experience was frustrating considering I left in essentially the same condition I arrived in.
