While travel through Iowa, my vehicle needed a major repair that required tearing apart the top half of the motor. We were traveling across the country towing our RV trailer. Our vehicle required a new cam shaft and lifters on the #3 and #5 cylinder. Without the repair, it would have destroyed the motor. They got me right in and completed the repair fast. They also provided me with a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. There original quote for the repair was close to $4,000 and I agreed to pay it. After they completed the required repairs. They ended up reducing the total bill by over $900. Wow was I surprised. The employees were very helpful and professional and kept me informed during the whole repair process and provided me pictures of what was wrong and the steps needed to address the problems. Their repair facility was very clean and well maintained. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional. This is the exact kind of business that I want to have work in my vehicle.

Service was fast and I was able to get an appointment within a short time. I was provided with a full inspection and estimate before the work was done and I was able to select the work I wanted them to complete. It was efficiently handled through text and online. They provide a ride to and from the location so I was able to drop my vehicle off and still get to work timely. Highly recommend and will return for future car repair needs.

They had the results to me in less than 4 hours. The results form listed items by category and specifically. They followed up by phone to confirm my receipt of their report, and verbally reviewed it with me. I could then confirm the items I wanted serviced on the e-form and decline items I did not want serviced. I got the car back the same day. I thought their prices were reasonable. Their staff were also very friendly. The shop is relatively new, clean and inviting. I recommend giving them a try.

I felt it they were due an update due to the store, managers, interest in clearing up a misunderstanding and miscommunication with a new member of their team. The $101 that they were suggesting was the cost of mounting and balancing of two tires that are on a vehicle… Still seems a bit for 10 or 15 minutes of work, but I digress. The fact that the manager called me to discuss this issue on the same day the review was written speaks volumes about the care they have for their public image. Well done in that regard. Thanks for the call Mr. manager. Merry Christmas. Glad I asked mount and balance of 1 tire, already separated from car before dropping off… $101 and change.. holy hell!
