I was so happy I stopped by Jiffy Lube in Grimes today to get my oil changed. They all were very friendly and did a good job checking everything. Told me what needed to be done and couldn’t do it. Other places have not done that. I will go back. Thank you guys and gal. You did a very good job.
View on GoogleMy 17 year old daughter took her car there for the first time. Mind you, I've frequented this establishment. I told her to get an oil change and nothing else. With the oil change, her windshield wiper fluid should've been filled. It wasn't. Not happy with her experience and I feel like she was given bad service. Her receipt clearly said fill wiper fluid.

View on GoogleThey refunded our money because there prices are way to expensive. And I gave them a 1 star. I still worry about the next customer. Please be careful with the oil change prices very un fare pricing with all the extra fees.
