Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

If you’re looking for a tire shop that installs the wrong tire, misses multiple promised completion times, fails to call with updates, and then acts like they’re doing you a favor, this is the place. Store Manager Mike Roper personally assured my husband that my Tesla would receive a specific Pirelli Scorpion MS tire and be completed the same day. When I arrived, they had installed the wrong tire. After several minutes of me holding the screenshot in front of him, he finally admitted he had missed a number and ordered the wrong tire. He then guaranteed the correct tire would arrive on the first truck the next morning and that my vehicle would be ready by noon. Noon came and went. No phone call. I had to call the store myself because I had meetings scheduled. Only then was I informed that the tire didn’t arrive and my vehicle would be delayed yet again. When I returned later that day, Mike was sitting at his desk eating pizza while the Assistant Manager handled customers. There was no apology for ordering the wrong tire. No apology for missing multiple deadlines. No apology for failing to communicate. No accountability whatsoever. Instead, I got excuses. The grand resolution for two days of inconvenience caused entirely by the store? An $11.50 discount. Then I was told by him that he had completed my vehicle faster than anyone else could have. That’s an interesting claim considering they couldn’t even order the correct tire the first time or meet either of the completion times they promised. I contacted Guest Services and was offered a service coupon. I own a Tesla. In other words, the proposed solution was just as useful as the communication I received from the store. I have now escalated this matter to District Manager Leonard Mullens and internally with Mr. tire and requested a review of both my invoice and the conduct of store management. Customers make mistakes. Businesses make mistakes. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. This location showed no urgency, no ownership, no professionalism, and no respect for a customer’s time. Take your business elsewhere. Updating the review- we just found out that they left this magnetic cap underneath the car! Clearly even the workmanship doesn’t have integrity. Nobody has reached out yet either.

Mr. Michael Roper is absolutely awesome. He was kind and transparent with me about the service that our car needed. But more importantly, his kindness and humility really helped me that day, because I was having a rough day. I appreciate the great service received, but I appreciate Mr. Mike even more. I had to return the next day for something minor and my husband was with me and he also stated how nice Mr. Mike is and was to us. Also, the young men that serviced my vehicle were all so respectful and nice. Shout-out to Mr. Michael Roper- thank you

I had a flat tire this morning and noticed air was leaking from the tire. I was able to find a nearby auto shop and stopped in right away. The staff(Mike) was very friendly. They didn’t overcharge me, and they helped me immediately. They even showed me the hardware that had caused the damage inside my tire. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Mr. Tire is a business with a long presence in my area of Sandy Springs. I was looking for an automotive business that would install a customer-supplied car battery and they were glad to do so, and at a very reasonable price. I will be returning for more routine maintenance very soon. And a big shout-out to Mike, the owner, who is very cordial and engaging!

This review is based on customer service. I came in for a tire repair. Was greeted by a tech who let me know that they would not able to do the repair to my due to the car being so low. Why’s five star review, let me tell you…. He refilled my tire free of charge, and directed me to a shop that was able to do the repair in 30 minutes. Didn’t catch his name, but dude was great! Thanks Mr tire!
