⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience with A Town Automotive! My wife and I recently moved here from Pittsburgh PA, and one of the first things we needed was a trustworthy auto shop after driving our cars down of course for some routine maintenance. We're so glad we found Danny and the crew. From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Danny took the time to answer all of my wife's questions over the phone, which made us feel comfortable before we even brought the vehicle in. They replaced our brakes and rotors, on our 2017 Buick my wife drives, clearly explained exactly what needed to be done, and were completely transparent throughout the process—no surprises or unnecessary upselling. They also completed the work right on the timeline they estimated. Finding an honest mechanic in a new city can be stressful, but A Town Automotive exceeded our expectations. We've definitely found our new go-to shop, and ill be bringing my 2024 Buick Envision by for our routine care.

I have known the guys at A Town since I was in grade school, as my family’s business was right next door for over 20 years. They have always been incredibly kind, professional, and reliable every time I have leaned on them for help with my cars. As the daughter of an extremely busy and specialized mechanic, I have extremely high standards and am very cautious about who I trust with my vehicles. Once my brother and I got our own cars, we happily went next door to lessen the load on our dad. Although my family’s shop has since moved locations, my brother and I remain bringing our cars here and I recommend them to everyone I know. Finding a trustworthy shop is difficult, so just save yourself the time and worry and bring your car to A Town!

Pleased, no, more than pleased with the expertise, quality of service, and cost. Without an appointment I expected the service requested to take several days. Richard, however caller the following afternoon with information on the completion of the needed service. Danny and Richard take care of all our vehicles and would never change.

Richard and Danny are now immortalized in my memory as the rare unicorns of the auto repair world. Real men who look at your car and somehow resist the urge to tell you that you ALSO need a transmission flush, a new engine and a blessing from a certified engine shaman. In an industry where “you came in for an oil change but have you considered a second mortgage?” is practically the business model, these two just simply fix your car then, if applicable educate you on the timeline you have for new brake pads or tires. Honestly. Logically. Without making you feel like you need a law degree to decode the invoice. After 16 years and 3 cars, A-Town Automotive isn’t just a mechanic shop, it’s a warm environment where your ignorance about cars is met with patience, not condescension. Their no-nonsense solutions somehow shatter every low expectation you walked in with. It’s the kind of place you can and should feel comfortable raising your expectations. The kind of place where they know your name, know your car’s quirks, and you know they’re never going to call you with bad news they magically invented.

Customer for 2 years and every time pricing is great, service is great, and they really love troubleshooting issues. They are absolute car geeks! Danny & Richard are Greta guys and easy to talk to. Highly recommended, stop shopping around as we all do trying to find a new "no brainer" repair shop so we can get back our busy lives. This is that shop!!!
