I really appreciate Mr. Harrison and the staff at McCullough Auto Care. The service is super exceptional. They explained the process and even was able to get me to and from my home while they worked on my vehicle. The amount of knowledge Mr. Harrison has in his position is something that will keep me coming back. I trust the work and staff at McCullough Auto Care. The results I received from my service has me more than happy. I can’t express how happy and how much I appreciate Mr. Harrison and THE STAFF for continuing to do an excellent job through the process and with the finish product. 10/10 would recommend and not I’ve done more than an oil change that has me this excited. They fixed my baby and I’m grateful for the work that they have done and super stoked to work with them on future maintenance for my baby. I'd been given a laundry-list of things that needed replacement on my very well-maintained 2003 Honda Accord EX V-6 with 88,000 miles on it. That list, complied by a service writer at a local dealership, totaled in the thousands. It didn't make sense to me. I bought the car from that dealership; I'd trusted their mechanics for 23 years. After going over all my past car invoices and researching auto repair businesses convenient to my fairly new address, I brought my car to McCullough NAPA Auto Care. There I with met Brian McCullough, explained what I'd been advised, and Brian did a brief examination of the car. He immediately discovered there were no leaks in the places I was told needed gaskets (because of small leaks). The other items needed closer examination. We agreed that I'd bring the car in to be checked over in a couple of days as I had doctor appointments in the way of coming sooner. Brian assured me my car was safe to drive as is. On the appointed day, Brian quickly had a driver take me home to wait there, and later that day called to say they found nothing wrong except a rear bulb replacement! The driver's eta was about 10 minutes from me for pick up! I'd expected the worse and only bad news. Imagine my shock and relief from going from an obscene $4000+ bill to less than $20. I was extremely relieved and so happy that I found myself smiling from Brian's words. I rarely write public reviews but I have so much gratitude for the integrity of Brian McCullough, his mechanics, and even driver Hank (Henry) that I would be remiss if I did not express it here. It was a genuinely exceptional experience for me. To all at McCullough NAPA Auto Care (especially Brian), Thank you so much. From the heart of a senior woman on a retirement budget, thank you!

I've been taking my cars to McCullough Auto for 15+ years and I would never go anywhere else. They do incredible work and above all else they are trustworthy. The customer service is top notch and they make their customers feel like family. I can't recommend them enough.

Let me tell you something! I have never in my almost 30 years of owning a car and paying for maintenance and repairs been so impressed. Brian answered my call, listened to my concerns, and said, "we will take a look and let you know what we find." I was so neverous. I have been swindled by mechanics so many times. I can't trust them. I also slipped and told Brian I was told it was the alternator. I got a call back telling me that the last place I took my car to put in the wrong battery for my car. A new battery and I will be fine. In my previous experiences, the mechanic would have said yea its the alternator. Nope, not McCulloughs. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and charged me a reasonable amount. A very reasonable amount. I'll tell you this for free.....Don't go anywhere else. McCulloughs is the place to go if you want an honest mechanic who does excellent work and charges reasonable prices. Don't thank me, Thank GOD! This place is the truth.

I recently took my 2020 Honda Accord Sport to McCullough Auto Care for body and wheel repairs, and the results are absolutely flawless. The level of craftsmanship on the quarter panel and rocker repair is top-tier, leaving the car in excellent condition.
