I had a GREAT experience at this Express Oil Change location and I highly recommend it!! The other locations are good too but I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service here. I’m someone who hates getting my car serviced and I’m always nervous about it but I did not feel that way here at all! Prices were good and I was offered a coupon same day for my services. John P and Milton were so kind and accommodating and it seems that they build a rapport with their customers! I’ll be back!! Thanks guys!! 😃

I received prompt, efficient, and polite service. Can't really ask for anything more with an oil change! My one complaint is that the sticker that they printed out to say when I needed an oil change gave me a milage only 3k over my current milage. I'm pretty sure an automated system makes those, because I had a conversation with the mechanic who recommended I come back after 6 or 7k. Still, glad I noticed it!

Thank you for an opportunity to share an absolutely wonderful experience with gentlemen Naim and John. First, gentleman John greeted me warmly as I entered the Express Oil counter area and smiled while simultaneously asking; how are you and I will be with you in a minute or two. ( he was servicing a vehicle at the Bay Area on behalf of another customer. Hence, after explaining why I needed my Honda tires to be inspected, especially the back left; gentleman John politely instructed me to “park my vehicle in a space”. Upon returning to the reception area, a most gracious gentleman approached me with a rather pleasant disposition and a very handsome smile. In like manner, he’d inquired as to which level(s) of service were needed today. We walked outside and I showed him the tire that has been leaking air. He immediately listened rather attentively and assured me that, the repair was not complicated. Additionally, I felt so SAFE and relaxed because as a divorcee’ parent; I have been transporting my adult child daughter to critical medical appointments. Notwithstanding, multiple upcoming clinically necessary specialty appointments and always desire to be SAFE on these roads. Accordingly, I reside within Buckhead and have been a Customer at Alpharetta, Snellville, Roswell, and three Sandy Springs Express Oil Change since 2003. For surely, TODAY’s visit was so SPECIAL that it has been my pleasure to write a review as a complimentary courtesy for the professionalism that I experienced today! I’ve only been coming to this shop for years mainly for routine oil changes, and while they’ve always been quick, I unfortunately can no longer trust them with my vehicle after two major incidents. The first issue happened after an oil change when my car began leaking oil everywhere because the oil drain plug was not tightened properly. To their credit, they refilled the oil free of charge after I brought it back, but I was lucky to catch the issue before severe engine damage occurred or before I ended up stranded and needing a tow. The second issue was much more serious. Recently, I had to take my car to another shop because I believed my transmission was slipping. I was informed that the transmission fluid plug was completely missing and that it likely happened during a previous oil change service as plugs can’t just fall out. Thankfully, I caught the issue early enough to avoid catastrophic damage, but it still cost me around $800 to repair. Had I waited any longer, I could have been facing a transmission replacement or even needing a new vehicle altogether. After two separate incidents involving improperly secured plugs and costly consequences, I no longer feel comfortable trusting this shop to work on my car. I understand mistakes can happen, but these were preventable issues that could have caused far more serious damage.
