I had to drop off my car for a recall issue and the service was truly really great. Taylor was able to get me checked in quickly and in a loaner car to use for the day, super convenient. Upon getting my vehicle back it was hand washed and running better than ever. If you have a Subaru and need first class service, I would not hesitate to have the work done here.
View on GoogleWhatever you do don’t bring your car here for service! They damaged my vehicle and now are refusing to take responsibility and fix it. When the damage initially happened they took full responsibility, but when the managers were notified of the situation they ghosted me and refused to communicate. They then claimed that grainy video footage taken 5 hours before I picked up my car was proof that they didn’t damage it when you can’t even see the part of my car that was actually damaged. They then also claimed they didn’t have any yellow poles on the property which was a hilariously blatant lie. Taylor was the only one who had an ounce of decency and responsibility, so my one star is for her. Avoid at all costs! **Edit to review to respond to Sergio: I have time stamps that I was gone from the dealership for a total of 26 minutes, and his response is proof that they did not actually look into the situation with any intentions of fixing their mistake. I did not stop at any service stations in those 26 minutes. I got out of my car after picking it up, saw the damage, and went right back to the service department. So unfortunate people like this are in the service industry.

Kathy spent a lot of time educating me about the brand, spent a lot of time going over the finances and really advocated for me when I had to trade-in my Lexus. Kathy is so professional and helpful and informative. Words usually not associated with a car salesman. Amazing and I highly recommend this dealership and KathyQ.
