After my accident, I honestly expected a stressful and frustrating process. Instead, Adam, Megan, and the entire staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did they repair my car perfectly — it genuinely looks like nothing ever happened — but they also fought hard with the insurance company to make sure everything was handled properly and in my best interest. That level of care and commitment is rare nowadays. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work, not just getting the job done fast. Genuinely received excellent customer service throughout the entire process of my vehicle being repaired from beginning to end. They were all so great at this location. My vehicle was returned to me looking SO much better than the way it was brought in— plus in such a timely manner considering the damage and all of the other cars they also had to repair. Horrible experience with San Antonio Tx (Fredericksburg Rd) Warning of deceptive trade practices and repair processes Use extreme caution when using this company’s service They repaired my trucks frame and tried to return it to me with these welds. I denied and ultimately received a full frame replacement The extra 50 days in the shop due to the extra work required Almost 180 days total!!! Tried to force me to sign a ‘non disclosure’. I refused. I DO NOT recommend doing business with this company

Megan and the entire team at Classic Collision in Sandy Springs delivered exceptional, truly top-tier service. In a time when outstanding customer service can be hard to find, this location exceeded every expectation. I was preparing to go out of town and needed my vehicle completed by 4/23 so I could take it to a nearby dealership for service on 4/24. Not only was my car finished ahead of schedule, but Megan and the team went above and beyond by coordinating and taking my vehicle to the dealership for the additional services I needed, then bringing it back for me to pick up. When I returned from vacation, everything was completed seamlessly. All I had to do was return the rental, pay for both services, and go. It was effortless on my end. This was true white glove service — proactive, accommodating, and customer-focused in every way. I genuinely did not know this level of service was even offered. Megan and the team set the standard for excellence, and their professionalism and care should be recognized. I will absolutely continue recommending this location to others.
