I’m new to the area and needed a battery for my 2016, Cadillac once I got settled in the area. I don’t know any professionals in the area so when I saw that the sign said CHRISTIAN BROTHERS- I knew that I couldn’t go wrong! The service was a Class act! AG offered me coffee and snacks while I waited and the coffee was DELICIOUS! The battery was installed efficiently and my car was pulled to the front door much like Valet service. My debit card would not work and AG was extremely patient and helpful as I called my daughters and ask them I needed to do next. Needless to say, we got the card working and I was on my way! It was a very positive experience and one that left me feeling confident that I could trust these man with my car and with my money. I would highly recommend.

While my initial interaction with the service department was pleasant and accommodating, the communication, follow-up, and overall customer service that followed were unacceptable. One of the reasons I chose Christian Brothers Automotive was because of their reputation as a Christian-based company. Unfortunately, the experience I received did not reflect the values of service, honesty, compassion, or accountability that I associate with Christ. I struggle to see how Jesus would have been represented in the way I was treated, particularly when I was simply looking for communication and a reasonable solution. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told the diagnostic process would take approximately two hours. Instead, I did not receive the diagnostic report until around 4:00 p.m. At the bottom of the report was a note stating, "Don't call us. We'll call you." At 4:45 p.m., I approved the recommended repairs, and at 5:00 p.m. I received a call informing me that the parts had been ordered but that the repairs would not be completed that day. I asked what had been happening with my vehicle during the hours between the expected completion of the diagnostics and the time I finally approved the repairs. Rather than receiving an explanation, I was met with defensive responses and no clear answers. Because I was on a very tight schedule, I asked what solutions could be offered to help minimize the inconvenience. Unfortunately, none were provided. I requested a refund of the diagnostic fee due to the delays and lack of communication, but that request was denied. I then asked whether the shuttle service could at least take me to work at the hospital while my vehicle remained at the shop. That request was also denied. What disappointed me most was not simply the delay, it was the lack of communication, empathy, and willingness to work toward a solution. Delays happen, and I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, proactive communication and genuine customer care can make all the difference. Instead, I was left feeling like my concerns were dismissed. It was not lost on me that my appearance and gender contributed to this interaction. I hope you will take this feedback seriously. I chose this business expecting not only quality automotive service but also customer care that reflected the Christian values the company promotes. Sadly, my experience fell well short of those expectations. I have asked for follow up to understand how this will be improved for future customers through the corporate office.

I am in process of filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency. Their shoddy work on my valve covers was confirmed by another independent shop and they accused me saying I should have located it sooner. If you get work done here, please go to another shop to confirm they did not screw up your car. Here since they left comments concerning my review: text messages explaining why I could not show up for my “special appointment” they will continue to bash my character instead of simply admitting their wrong, making ME apologize, and still not do the work they messed up

I wouldn’t recommend them. In my experience there are some red flags that I have come to recognize with auto repair shops. And it is often my experience that if one area of a business is unorganized and ineffective then to have the expectation that the other areas are well is not in my best interests. Out of the three people that I have spoken with at this location only one of them got my situation correct. One gave me incorrect info and Trey doesn’t even really want to be there it seems. He had the audacity to tell me that he doesn’t have any record of my vehicle after he interviewed me about the condition of my vehicle, expected services, vehicle, address, name, phone number, etc. In 2026 if you gather all that info and don’t even proactively keep it as a potential lead then no you’re not an asset to a company. In fact as you see you are a paid liability. I got my car out of there quickly. These are the types of auto repair shops that forget to put a radiator cap on or to do a final tighten on the lug nutz. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Christian Brothers Automotive provided outstanding customer service and showed impressive attention to detail when I brought in my 1990 Nissan 300ZX, a car that’s very precious to me. Bruce went above and beyond during my visit—he communicated clearly what my car needed and never tried to upsell or make things confusing, which I truly appreciated. Brake Fluid and Dash Light Issue I only needed my brake fluid replaced, but I was also dealing with a persistent brake dash light on my instrument panel. Bruce not only addressed the brake fluid issue but took the time to explain why my dash light was coming on and clarified that it was unrelated to the brake fluid itself. Knowing exactly where the dash light issue stems from gives me peace of mind and lets me know what problem to tackle next. Final Thoughts With their honesty, transparency, and genuine care for both me and my classic car, Christian Brothers Automotive earned my trust. I will definitely bring all my cars here for the foreseeable future—highly recommended for anyone who values quality service and clear communication.
