View on GoogleI was not informed that it was the passenger side bag. I was not told about the possibly of the dash may be damaged until the final moment. The dash was heavily damaged. The bag light on the dash was not removed and was told to remove the light would be a $200.00 diagnostic charge. This light was the main reason to bring the vehicle in. I currently have 2 Chevrolet trucks and I have purchased a Tahoe from your dealership. No more future business for you. I will go somewhere else.
View on GoogleI scheduled a 10:00 AM oil change appointment two weeks in advance due to several meetings I could not miss that day. To ensure I stayed on schedule, I dropped my vehicle off an hour early. My service person advised me that I would receive a call once the vehicle was ready. By 3:00 PM, I had still not received any update, so I called to check on the status. I was then informed that because I dropped the vehicle off rather than waiting onsite, my appointment had not yet been started and that customers waiting at the dealership were being prioritized. I find this extremely disappointing and inconsistent with the purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance. If appointments are effectively deprioritized when a customer drops off a vehicle, that expectation should be communicated upfront. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider using your dealership for future service needs, and I will likely seek another Chevrolet dealership going forward.
View on GoogleBob took great care of me when I brought my Chevy Colorado in for an oil change, tire rotation and a leaking hose. I was able to get everything done on the same day and they even test drove it to make sure it was safe for me to drive before I picked it up. I had a family emergency on the day of my original appointment and Bob was able to reschedule me for the next day so I wouldn’t have to wait 2 weeks for another appointment. Great experience!
