Not bad. The owner is vocal about politics so be aware of the comments you make. Also if you are from CA he just doesn't want you moving to GA. Overall the place is just like a regular old shop. He was pleasant did a good job and I was in and out of there very quickly.

I go here every year and I have never had a problem. I never have to wait in line more than a few minutes. They guy recently is nice and polite, not talkative and friendly like the guy in the past. I don't feel like I'm going to be taken by this place like I have been by another emission place in the past. But, in and out and your done.

I got there a few minutes after they opened. Thomas took me in right away. He stood back keeping his distance while I got out. He directed me to chairs that were an appropriate distance from the car. He finished my test, so I was in and out quickly. Thomas was very nice and friendly.

Please save yourself the time ! No customer service etiquette, and don’t you dare honk your horn for service they have a bell ! First time coming here no sing of a bell ! Rude ! Back towards me while talking to the person ,apologized for not knowing and man trying to open my car door without informing me of process poor communicant just horrible !! Went down the street for $18 instead of $22 and better treatment over all !
