Google’d and found replacement tire for my Landmaster which suffered screw damage. Ordered using Antego online store for pickup. Lucky enough to be relatively local 😊 Drove down and was warmly greeted! Got the old tire swapped for the new tire and I’m back on the road! Fantastic product & service!

Ive spent 4 hours on the phone not to mention driving an hour and a half trying to return unused rims and tires that do not fit my scag tiger cub. This product was sold by Walmart and charged by Walmart on my credit card. First i shouldn't have to deal with the third party company unless i was charged by that company. Next Walmart will not take this item back in the store even though Walmart corporate sends emails telling you to bring them into the store. Next 3 different people tell me how to return the item 3 different ways. So one of the ways i have to contact this company which i did and answered their questions as to why i am sending their product back even sending pictures of my lawn mower and the item. Beware and do not buy from this company as in my 46 years of living.
View on GoogleYour 13 x 6.50 x 6 tire made for Dixie Chopper is 1" shorter than Dixies OEM. Why? What if a customer wanted to run one of yours as a spare? You would be half inch lower on one side of your mower. Found out the changes were approved by Dixie Chopper not Antego tire. You would think these are Chinese knockoffs wheels but they are made in Georgia. Guess some little engineer said I know how we can save some money. We will make these wheels smaller. Smaller wheels make it ride rougher also. Cut corners and lose customers.
View on GoogleCustomer service is nonexistent, phone number on website goes to voicemail and the box is full. We have also emailed and gotten an AI response but have yet to be contacted by anyone. The Website states you can return an order if it is in the original packaging but to contact customer service to makes returns. It is IMPOSSIBLE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!

It asked what method of payment I wanted to use and after I selected, they immediately submitted the payment. They did not give me the opportunity to review or make any changes. The method of payment has the wrong address and now my order is being shipped to the wrong address. The have a phone number on their website for phone orders and customer service but it is not answered. The call goes to voice mail and the mail box is full so you cannot leave a message. I have called several times for 2 days with the same result. I would be careful about doing business with this company.
