Great prices. They go above and beyond on their customer service. Will definitely being using them again while I’m in town working.
View on GoogleI went in for a quote for labor to replace my van's water pump. They recommended I let them provide the parts instead so I can have the 2 year warranty on the repair. They offer financing so you don't have to pay so much at once cause let's face it no one has that much money right now with all the raised prices for everything. Since I had to leave my van they even drove my daughter and I home. They called to let me know ylmy van was ready for pick up. Everyone there was so nice, they listened to me and didn't make me feel like I didn't know anything. They were very transparent about everything. I will definitely be going back to them with all my future vehicle needs.

View on GoogleThey are super friendly. They are fast and effective at oil changes - probably the lowest price in town. For major repairs, they do not claim to be the lowest price in town - nor would we as consumers want this. Here is our specific experience: they were quoting ~$2800 for AC condenser, compressor, serpentine belt, valve, and refrigerant. They could do it same day! Amazing. However; upon checking other shops, this should be in the $1400-1700 range for mid or upper mid price range, so it puts this shop's price near the very top of the market with a labor rate of $225/ hr and parts and warranty near the top as well. I have spent the price of several large repairs at this shop, and they have kept the vehicle going and providing fast customer service. My recommendation is that if someone has a large item repair that doesn't have to be done today, then consider a second opinion. I had a conversation with the operator, Wayne, who heard my concerns and is seeking to make it right. My reflection is that when there is a gap between the high pricetag for parts/labor and an average or slightly above average price (44% higher), then seek a second or third opinion and share these back with the shop here. Perhaps they could work with you or you find a repair pathway at another shop too.
