Bought a tire from them for $60 on Saturday. I dont know what they did to this tire or if they just gave me a bad tire bc I almost had a blow out on the interstate and my tire started smoking where the tire was rubbing against my struts. I had 2 different tire techs from 2 other companies including Loves in Hogansville and Browns garage in Grantville tell me that there is something wrong with this tire and there is nothing wrong with my car. The tire on there before did not have this issue. I got a new one bc it was bald. The one I bought from Brown garage also does not have this issue. They sold me a bad tire and will not give me a refund. Do not do business with this company. They also called the cops on me and refused to give me a refund. I will never waste my money at this shop ever again. Please save yourself a headache and do not shop here.

Hilary the man that runs the shop is one of the most respectful, down to earth guys that you can meet. Good prices, quick and efficient. Been using this shop for tires for a while and will continue to do so.
View on GoogleH&M Tires has been a lifesaver for my family. My husband bought a used tire, and when it blew out, I went back and spoke with the owner. Instead of brushing me off, he spent almost an hour explaining exactly what likely happened. He even pulled a tire off a vehicle that was the same car as my husband just to show me and help me understand. Keep In mind this is was at closing time. He could have easily told me to come back during normal business hours. He was patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He also told me if we ever needed him again, he would take care of us—and today (03/07/2026) when I called, he remembered our names, the car, and even the tire size. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Because he stands behind his word, I won’t do business anywhere else. If you’re in the Newnan or the surrounding area I highly recommend H&M Tires. Honest people and great service. Five stars from me—honestly, if I could give 100, I would.

View on GoogleAs someone who works in a small business myself, there's a lot of things I look for when it comes to how a customer is treated, the service, everything is super important to me. These guys are honest, quick, and personable, and their service today has made me a future customer as well. Called ahead and had a tire mounded to a loose wheel in less than an hour from the call, most of which was me getting to the place! Took the nice man 5 minutes to replace the tire for me, and at the best price around, and no appointment or anything! Everywhere else had to have an appointment scheduled a few days out, but when fixing a car, you can't just sit around, so they worked nicely with my schedule. Despite the literal 4 degrees weather we're in, and being short staffed for this particular day, I was still taken care of wonderfully. Very fast, very professional while still being nice and personable, will be coming back for future business for sure! Thank you so much!! - Adrian
