Unexpectedly great service and value. Emily (service advisor) was friendly and helpful in understanding my tire needs and went out of her way to get appropriate tires ordered. When I arrived for installation appointment, Edwin (store manager) showed me the tires and helped with manufacture date and country of origin. He was able to advise on tire pressures for my driving needs and any other questions. During installation, I asked them to check my battery, and results indicated a new battery was needed. Emily ordered it from NAPA and had it delivered in 15 minutes. Total shop time was about three hours to check alignment, mount and balance tires, install TPMS kits, test battery, order and install new battery. I will definitely be using this shop for tires and service in the future. Thank you Edwin, Emily and service techs!

My Car Fax Care Care notified me that a break inspection was due on my vehicle. I conducted a search within the app and scheduled an appointment with participating business, Goodyear. Although my previous maintenance was performed in FL, the representative found my record in their GA system. The location received good reviews but word of mouth is important too. While I waited for my vehicle service, I spoke with a customer waiting in the lobby area. She confirmed that she has been patronizing Goodyear for over 13 years and receives optimal service every time. The manager fully explains issues before the repair and never attempts to up sell. When my vehicle was completed, the manager discussed in detail regarding the condition of my brakes and provided visual aides. He recommended a one-year check based on my driving habits. The cost of the brakes inspection was reasonable. I received service 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Best of all, the location is listed in the Car Fax directory. My Car Fax app was updated within 24 hours and the service clock rescheduled. Thank you.
