All of the guys that work there are the friendliest, and most respectful gentleman. Duncan Automotive is the only place I will let touch my car. I always recommend them to anyone that is having problems with their car. By far the best mechanics in town!

View on GoogleThey were unable to fix misfire issue. They put cheap coil packs and spark plugs in (only parts in stock). Car started running worse (misfiring, running rich and blowing black smoke). Brought car back after 15 minutes of picking up. They couldn't duplicate issue. I picked up the car. Owner was defensive and rude. Refunded my money and said he won't touch the car again. He claimed I need a tuning shop because of modifications (car is stock no mods) Only reason for 2 stars is he did refund me. Took vehicle for 2nd opinion and found parts that were put in were bad. I lost all trust in this shop after the issues and how the owner treated me. Ive used them for a few other cars with no issues but this time ruined it for me.
