I cannot recommend Crossroads Automotive of Newnan enough! If you are looking for an honest mechanic with true integrity, this is the place. I was bracing myself for a massive bill, but the team here—specifically Dylan—went above and beyond to minimize my costs. Instead of trying to upsell me, they were thoughtful enough to explain exactly what needed immediate attention and what could wait, saving me hundreds of dollars. It’s rare to find a repair shop that puts people over profits, but Crossroads Automotive does exactly that. Fast, thorough, and genuinely kind service. I’m a customer for life!

I’ve been debating leaving a review because the staff was kind, but the quote I received was pretty outrageous for the service. I went in for an alignment and was told that I needed to replace my tie rods before an alignment was able to be done. I was quoted nearly $1400 for that service. While I understand the economy is rough right now and labor rates are higher than ever, this was by far the highest quote I received from 3 shops in the area. I was able to get my tie rods replaced and alignment done for less than $500 with a different mechanic. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion if you get a quote from here.

Matthew came out at 10:30pm and fixed my problem with my Box-truck fast. I called him and he was here in 15 minutes. Great guy, very humble and transparent. Professional honest work. Very affordable. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I can’t say enough good things about this guy.
