Outstanding service from Buck’s New and Used Tires! On my way to clinicals early Sunday morning, I noticed my front driver’s side tire was rapidly losing pressure. I assumed I had picked up a nail, but after taking it to Buck’s Tire, they discovered that the tire actually had a cut in it. They tried several times to repair it, but the damage kept splitting, so they were honest with me and explained that it couldn’t be safely patched. They temporarily put a tire on my vehicle so I could safely make it home and avoid a blowout, then ordered the correct tire and installed it for me today. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish. They were honest, professional, fast, and truly cared about my safety. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Buck’s New and Used Tires went above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I honestly hate giving 1 star for this review but maybe this will save someone else from going through what I'm experiencing. My family has used bucks tires for years and had nothing but praises! I called for the wrecker service from bucks to pick my truck up because it quit on me and wouldn't crank. They called a week later and said it was ready and a bill for $1010.00! Who does 1010.00 worth of work without communicating and approving that amount of money? As soon as I picked up my truck I immediately had to call and tell them something was very wrong and was told to bring it back. Well 2 weeks later and 4 times of being told it was ready but each time something worst than before I was told it was the transmission and was referred to Shift Works in Fayetteville. They also referred me to shift works in December 2025 where I was told the transmission clutch had to be rebuilt and paid $950.00. So after taking it to shift works they called and said nothing was wrong with the transmission that it was a misfire so I explained what bucks had said they the changed the diagnosis to needing a torque converter that was going to charge over 2500.00. There's more but to wrap this up be very CAUTIOUS WHEN TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO BUCKS FOR ANYTHING BUT TIRES! THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HONESTLY DOES THAT GET YOU BACK AND FORTH TO WORK TO PAY YOUR BILLS?

View on GoogleNot happy, will not do business here again. Daughter got a tire from bucks and in less than a week the tire was flat. Bucks said my daughter drove on it too long flat and ruined the tire, not true as she stopped as soon as she noticed it flat and called for help. Bucks said there must have been a nail or something but there was no evidence of a nail in the tire. Buck charged full price for a replacement with no warranty, guarantee or discount offered. Bucks will not have the opportunity to get any more money from us and we would recommend you go somewhere else.
