Binion Tire will always be where I take my vehicles for maintenance. I have been here several times now and every time I feel like I’m kin to someone that works there, that’s how well I’m treated. From whomever answers the phone, to the technicians doing the physical work, this business understands that they’re not just taking care of our cars. They genuinely are taking care of the people in their community. They also call for approval before any work is done or charges are accrued. Yesterday, I was walked to my car and the gentleman who did the work explained a few things to me- making me feel like I was really being cared for. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this entire team is. They have secured a life long customer out of me!

I was traveling down the highway to a very important appointment in Columbus, GA and my indicator light alert led that I need air in my tire. I found a nail in my tire and went to a shop in newnan and they told me a 2 hour turn around wait. I called Binion and the agent told me to come and they will get me back on the highway quickly. They did just that! I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Agent JJ and Tyler were awesome and considerate and caring. I would definitely use their services again.

I was surprised to find out that they were under new management. So at this time I'm not sure how well they will do.However they did a great job on my oil change. I am an old lady and drive an old truck—at the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law I took my truck in for an oil change and tail light replacement at Binions but my problems were actually more serious—years of neglect and driving chemical and salty highways in the northwest had the underside of the truck a corroded mess. I needed suspension work and bearing work and all of it was much slower going because nothing could be unscrewed or removed in the usual way due to the corrosion. But the staff was concerned and helpful and non judgmental and got the job done. Good people. Good job. Thanks!
