Buyer Beware – My Experience Raises Serious Questions About Their Reviews Before I even get to what happened with our vehicle, I want to mention something concerning. My husband left an honest negative review about our experience, and somehow it was removed. That makes me question how many other negative reviews have disappeared as well. It’s difficult to trust a business’s rating when legitimate customer feedback doesn’t seem to remain visible. My husband scheduled a simple oil change—the most basic and routine service an automotive shop performs—and it was not completed properly. The technician failed to reinstall the engine oil cap. As a result, engine oil sprayed throughout the engine compartment while my husband was driving. The oil burned on hot engine components, causing the engine compartment to smoke and filling the cabin with fumes that made him physically ill. What should have been a routine oil change turned into thousands of dollars in damage and repair costs, as well as a serious safety hazard that never should have happened. We contacted management immediately to report the issue, but more than two weeks later, we have still not received any response. The complete lack of accountability and customer service has been just as disappointing as the original mistake. Between the negligence that caused significant damage to our vehicle and the lack of communication afterward, I cannot recommend this shop. If you’re considering taking your vehicle here, I encourage you to look beyond the star rating and read reviews carefully before making your decision.

I had an amazing experience at True Automotive! Omar was absolutely incredible, I’ve never had someone take the time to come out, talk with me, and really explain what was going on with my car and assured me that everything was fine. That level of care and attention truly stood out. If you have a Benz, take it to Omar, you will not be disappointed! Ashley, the service advisor, was just as amazing. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way before they started working on my vehicle. The customer service here is top-tier from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping you. Let’s not forget the pricing, it was amazing and honestly a breath of fresh air compared to dealership costs. I will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish at True Automotive! I originally went in for just an oil change, but Ashley and Geordie truly went above and beyond to make sure everything on my car was taken care of. Ashley was so welcoming and professional, and Geordie took the time to thoroughly check my vehicle and explain everything to me. What I appreciated the most was their honesty. Most places would’ve tried to upsell me on brakes, but they honestly told me I didn’t need them at this time. That says a lot about their integrity! They even cleaned leaves from underneath my car and made sure everything was in top shape before I left. The customer service was top-tier, the prices were reasonable, and the entire experience made me feel valued as a customer. I was referred here by the owner Rob Eskew, and I’m so glad he recommended them. I highly recommend True Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and excellent automotive service. I’ll definitely be back for future work on my car!

I recently had my car serviced at True Automotive, and I could not be more pleased with both the customer service and the quality of the work performed on my vehicle's air conditioning system. For more than 15 years, I have struggled with air-conditioning issues in this car. Over the years, I spent far too much money at various repair shops and big-box service centers without ever getting a lasting solution. After several disappointing experiences, I put off trying again for years. I finally decided to give True Automotive a chance, and I am glad I did. From the beginning, their customer service was outstanding. The staff was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to solving the problem. They were never weary of providing help along each step of the way from servings to paying. Since the repair, I have driven long distances in 90-degree weather and remained comfortable the entire trip. For the first time in many years, I can confidently say my air conditioning worked as it should. In addition to the excellent service, the waiting area and service bays were clean, organized, and top-notch. True Automotive has become my new go-to place for vehicle service. I highly recommend them. Don't do what I did and keep driving past their location. Stop in and give them an opportunity to earn your business. I believe you'll find it worthwhile as well.

I want to start off by saying the mechanics and advisors there are the friendliest I have met in the industry, which is why I was hesitant at first to leave this review. However I feel I must share my experience. My wife had taken her car there for a while and over the past 6 months the level of service declined while the pricing only seemed to increase. But the real nail in the coffin was the last time I was there and when I overheard their regional manager telling an employee “their shop is the nicest one in Marietta so they can charge whatever they want.” It has become abundantly clear why I have seen so many employees who’d always been there are gone and there fewer and fewer cars in their parking lot. I have since decided to take my business elsewhere and I encourage others do their due diligence.
