Solomon was easy to communicate with, transparent about pricing, and really saved my week when he came out and changed my alternator. He even drove my car to me from where it broke down. Would absolutely recommend his fast and efficient services 👍🏿
View on GoogleSolomon is such a nice person he put you at ease. They fixed my car, it was my tension hours pulley making noise in my belt head actually come off. I went back to have all my mounts replaced and it was done at a very reasonable price. I will be going to them again to get my oil changed and my filters changed etc.😊👍
View on GoogleWe had them come to our house to put on a serpentine belt. Solomon and the mechanic complained the whole time they were here about the job should have cost more, they didn't plan on spending this much time, etc .We paid them and they left. My husband drove to the parts store (3mi) for something else. When he came out of there, the belt came off. He called Solomon and he said he would come back one time only and my husband had to get the grease off the parts because he wasn't going to do it. My 74 yr old husband got on the ground so he could reach the parts to try and clean the grease off. They came back the next day and put the belt back on. This time they drove it just make sure it worked. The belt came off again and they said that it must be the power steering pump causing the belt to come off. I ordered the part from Amazon so we called and let Solomon know, but they never came back. So, we paid for work that was incomplete, bought another part at their suggestion. And we still can't drive the car. So we're out the money and a car both. This will probably get deleted like all the others that have negative reviews.
View on GoogleSolomon came to our rescue when on I-75 we had a flat tire, and then the spare went flat as well. He repaired both tires and He was fast, courteous and we couldn't have been more pleased. Keep his number available for those roadside emergencies. We will!
View on GoogleCalled at 11 am. Took my info and mechanic never got back to me. I’m not gonna call and keep checking . I shouldn’t have to chase someone im paying . Won’t be using it again. As far as the gentleman who picked up, very nice guy.
