It was a terrible unfortunate night and I am always so weary about utilizing a used tire shop. I picked this one because of the reviews. I just did not get this level of service and felt completely scammed. We got a used tire for 55 dollars and within 72 hours the tire was flat with a huge hole that the patching and retreading did not fix. There was also the internal wire belt bowing per Mavis Tire and Brakes. There was also wire out of the tread. I contacted the owner and he had me bring the tire back to the shop and was met with he doesn't provide refunds. Which was not stated and never discussed. Especially when I brought it up that I wanted a refund by text. I filed a claim with my bank to get my money returned. I am so seriously disappointed and angered by this issue not being made right with a refund.

We only trust this shop to tell us whether they can patch our tire or not (as we constantly catch nails with all the Atlanta construction). View on Google10/10 experience. The worker gave me a discount and fixed all my tires quickly with no issues at all. They were very flexible with scheduling and worked fast without cutting corners. I haven’t had a single problem since. Easily the best tire shop in the Austell/Marietta area — highly recommend.
