I had my rear driver side tire replaced yesterday 11/21/23 paid 68.00 for a used tire. Got home and the air pressure light came on put air in tire called the shop to let them know but no one answered so I left a message. Woke up this morning around 8 to leave and my tire is completely flat! Call them several times no answer and sent him a text message with a photo of my tire still no response. I’m now waiting for roadside assistance to fix it so I can go back down there and get my money back for a tire they put on my car that was damaged. I would have appreciated a call back or a reply to my phone calls and texts messages. This is not good customer service! Very frustrating to say the least! And I gave a tip! 🤦🏽‍♀️

First, let me give a shout out to the Young Mex homie and his father. They get FIVE STARS! Real good folks.💪🏿 My 1st visit, after back & forth trips between the PITS burgh and PLANTATION Georgia, my one tire quit on me because of a damaged wheel. Dad MADE SURE my "damaged" wheel didn't leak with the replaced tire. I told them I was comin back and I KEEP MY WORD!! Went back. Saw youngin. He told me SAME PRICE! I get the service, and ANOTHER (short stubby) guy interjects and says, "more expensive. " NO problem," as I told him, just HONOR THY WORD! After explaining that im a REPEAT customer, this COWARD tells me (over $7), "You don't never have to come back!" To BE SURE, I asked."Did you say that I never have to come back:"? He said "YES" and shrugged.🤔 And I will HONOR THAT request!

They did a horrible job, got a used tire and didn’t tell me that my rim was dented and next day I ended up with a flat tire. The guys name is Alejandro, so beware of this location guys! Also there’re too overpriced. Over a bad experience.

Not a friendly service. The guy who put a plug to my tire was giving me a hard time about the lug nuts being scratched and started complaining about the screws to the wheel needed changing. All I wanted was to get a tire changed. Such bad and horrible attitudes there.
