Tommy is an absolute pleasure to work with. I brought in my 2019 BMW X5 xDrive 5.0 for service, and he immediately remembered my needs from a phone conversation we’d had days earlier when I booked the appointment - impressive attention to detail. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, turning on the A/C and setting me up with Wi-Fi so I could work while waiting. It’s small touches like that that really stand out. As many others have said, Tommy is a top-tier mechanic - knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely trustworthy. He clearly explains what your car needs (and what it may need down the road) without ever pushing unnecessary services or upsells. As a longtime BMW owner (Z3, 525i, and two X5s), I only wish I had found his shop sooner. Thank you, Tommy, for such a great experience and excellent service!

My experience with The Ultimate Motorwork was OUTSTANDING!!!! I had my car towed in; mind you I wasn’t with the car. I called to see if I needed to come in to fill any paperwork out and Tommy said to me real calm “Your car is here, and we got you” he said I’ll give you a call when it’s ready. The Ultimate Motorwork had me in and out faster than the dealership. Work was clean, shop was clean, and the associates were very very polite. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance and will tell all my family and friends. Tommy is the best mechanic ever! His service and commitment to your needs is always top tier. Pricing is very fair and he gives upfront quotes (parts and labor) and I'm never surprised at the end. If anything comes up, he will let you know. I will always call him for my car needs, the best!

NEW REVIEW 1/14/2026: New fuel filter installed today on my 2000 Z3, fair price...in & out in about an hour. Go see Tommy, get it done right! Just had my guibo (flex disc) on my '00 Z3 replaced by Tommy at The Ultimate Motorwerks. Tommy did a great job for a fair price in a shorter than usual amount of time. Kudos to Tommy from a very happy new customer! If you have an older BMW go see Tommy! NEW REVIEW: I just had new brakes installed at The Ultimate Motorwerks. Tommy and his team did an awesome job. They even found an older issue with the new tires I had installed 2 weeks earlier and brought it to my attention. I went to the tire dealer and they paid to have the issue fixed...so, win, win...except being PO'd at the tire place and additional time spent. Thanks to Tommy and The Ultimate Motorwerks Team! LATEST REVIEW: Update on my Z3...just had my power steering reservoir hose replaced, it had been leaking a little bit but I wanted to get it done...Tommy and His Team did another exemplary job.
