I’m truly grateful for the exceptionally courteous and professional staff. I stopped by because of a flat tire, and they took the time to carefully inspect it. They clearly explained why repairing it wouldn’t be safe and even showed me the exact issue. I really appreciated how seriously they follow safety standards and how patiently they walked me through everything. Since I had insurance, I told them I would get the tire replaced at another store and was prepared to pay for the inspection. They kindly refused to charge me. It was also close to their Saturday closing time, and I wasn’t able to tow the car to the other location. Without hesitation, they offered to let me leave my car there safely and told me I could arrange towing on Monday. Their kindness, honesty, and willingness to help—especially at closing time—meant a lot to me. I’m very thankful for the way they treated me and for the genuine care they showed. I will visit them for my future auto needs.

Heads up, they’ve either been acquired or have complete new management and staff. It’s not an upgrade! Went in for an oil change on Saturday. They said it would take two hours. Never have I come to this location and had to wait for two hours to get my oil changed, and I’ve been a customer for years. Now we’re @ 2 1/2 hours and they tell me that they don’t have the oil filter that my truck needs and I have to wait. I also asked them to take a look at a suspension noise my car was making when I turned it to the right and they come back and tell me that it has to have the entire CV axle assembly replaced. Which is not related to my problem at all. Place has gone downhill fast. I would not recommend it. Now at 3 hours and no one has come to tell me what’s going on. My recommendation is to avoid this location.

I unfortunately had a nail, or screw in my tire and didn’t notice it until I was leaving work at 5:15. I called the team at Service Street on Dallas Highway in Marietta. Adam answered my call and was absolutely the nicest guy and told me to come on in and they would look at my tire. He told me after looking at it that they were able to do the permanent patch even though that would have the technicians working past closing time. Adam told me he didn’t want to put a temporary patch on it and send me out to drive in the rain. He also did not charge me for the repair. These guys are the absolute best and have always taken the best care of me and my cars. If you are looking for kindness, integrity, respect, knowledgeable staff, and excellent customer service go see the team at Service Street. They are the best and I promise you will not be disappointed! 😊

Want to share the excellent experience I had at this Service Street Tire & Auto Repair location today for some routine maintenance (and also for other more involved work in the past that I did not review at the time). Staff is always super professional and easy to work with. They have provided good advice on the best course of action which I felt was honest, rather than just pushing services as some other shops do.

Prior to coming to Service Street I had a local dealership complete a recall repair. The dealership quoted me an astronomical amount to replace the controls arms on my GMC and also labeled a critical failure on my power steering unit. They were clearly incompetent. Neither of these “issues” were an issue. Aziz quickly identified the correct issue and completed my repair very quickly. The total cost was 1/3 the dealership quote. Win win!! Great service and a great repair!
