I came here for a tire issue on a friend’s recommendation. Rob took my car in immediately and had me out in less than 30 minutes. Turns out I had a screw in my tire and they plugged it and sent me on my way. I’ll be coming back here for a few other issues going on. 10/10 would recommend.

He will go over what is wrong with the vehicle, what is needed to fix it and is always available to answer any questions. Small shop with more heart than all the corporate shops. Our daughter was at NAU when her radiator blew and she had it towed to a shop in town. They told her she blew her head gasket. Quoted her over $5k of work. We decided we would get the work done but, I wanted to get it back to the Valley and if I was going to spend that much on repairs, I would rather support a small business I knew of. Rick found someone to tow it down for $500. And once he got it in the shop, the only thing it needed was a new radiator cap, which he threw in for free. Saved up $5k. Integrity matters and this shop is the best!
