RJ's Auto Body Plus

This review is long overdue, but RJ’s Auto Body absolutely deserves every bit of praise. Back in May, they repaired cosmetic damage on our 2015 Honda CR-V and did a phenomenal job. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, transparent, and genuinely pleasant. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, walking us through every detail of what needed fixing and why. Their honesty and clear communication made the entire process stress-free. No surprises, just great service. The turnaround time was lightning fast. We dropped the car off and had it back within three days which was super helpful. They’re professional, trustworthy, and efficient. Even though this review is a bit late, I wanted to make sure they get the recognition they deserve. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for honest and high-quality auto body work. They’ve definitely earned our trust and future business!

I got rear ended and came to get a quote since it was close by. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly, helpful, and it was obvious that they had my best interest in mind. They worked very quickly and my car looks brand new again! I especially was shocked to see that they washed my car and detailed the inside, it was spotless when I picked it up. 10/10 service and I would recommend to everyone to come here for any work needed!

RJ's is the best kept secret in Atlanta. Don't go anywhere else. I mean it! Compare if you dare. Although my car was totaled and the insurance company offered me a measly payoff, I wanted to keep it, so I bought it back. I first went to the big shops for quotes and they all wanted top dollar. I thought I had made a mistake by keeping it. Then, I was told about RJ's. Now, I can't rave enough about them -- their willingness to SERVE me with respect, patience, and transparency. Space will not allow me to detail how thoroughly Scarlet and Jose researched every part needed to repair my vehicle. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own -- especially by shopping for the best parts and prices. I couldn't believe it when they called within days to say "We found all matching parts" -- including a nearly new radiator/condenser, head lamps, grill, bumper, etc. And within a week and three coats of pant later, I was back on the road. But the real kicker is that they helped me get my car retitled by referring me to an authorized Georgia vehicle inspector who cleared my vehicle for a new title (no more salvage title). I am so glad I stumbled upon this place while trying to find a place to replace my passenger side mirror! I got to come in for a free estimate and he walked me through how to get it repaired in a cost efficient way. The business was very communicative as we waited for the part to arrive and then they had it replaced in around 30 minutes! I will definitely be coming back should I need any body/collision work in the future~

RJ AUTO BODY is a absolute 5 STAR 🌟 Company !! They are extremely professional, accommodating to my needs & let me say I wasn't the easiest to deal with as I was 36 weeks prego -with a date to be induced for 1 week out.. I was moody & uncomfortable & at times extremely needy 🙃.. There staff up front stepped up to the occasion & made sure the rental company was there & with an SUV for my family ( as I stated I wouldnt drive off in ANYTHING less then an SUV for my kids & pending baby etc) when I needed them so I didnt have to be waiting around feeling so uncomfortable.. I had to reschedule on another occasion because of the rental company nd the staff at RJ AUTO BODY made absolute sure they got there & WITH the correct vehicle, when necessary the next day. They quoted a week for the work to be done on my truck & got it back to me in a matter of days .. they kept me updated at all times.. my truck looks beautiful, the price was fabulous & im extremely grateful to RJ Auto Body & there Professionalism during my ordeal. Also, lastly but just as important .... the customer bathrooms 🚻 are probably the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen .. which im also grateful for as I was so pregnant & need to go every few mins. They are definitely worthy of an award for sure as well 🏆.. I Absolutely Recommend 💯 Thank You & God Bless Always 🙌
