Recently, my check engine light came on, and I brought my truck in for a diagnosis. They quickly identified the issue and noticed that I had previously had related work done at another dealership. Instead of charging me for repairs right away, they honestly advised me that the repair might still be covered under warranty. Thanks to their honesty and attention to detail, I was able to confirm that it was indeed covered. I really liked the location of Precision Tune on Ausell Rd in Austell, Ga and I've felt comfortable with the service I've gotten there!! The Tech's have noted repairs that I needed, and it really helped me to realize potential breakdowns so I address them and have a much better running car!! The agent Eva was helpful and intelligent office manager in Austell and i hope she transfer over to the new place on Veteran Memorial!! Thank You All, Belinda
