These guys don’t know what they are doing. He messed up my Japanese car in which they are specialized. When you ask to fix the issue they created, they will come back with a story to replace more parts and charge more money from you. I had really bad experience at this place. Please stay away from this place.
View on GoogleWhat a fantastic experience! My car had a bad collision with frame damages. I shopped around probably more than 10 mechanics and body shops and they all said they couldn't or wouldn't take the challenge. It was and still is not great time to buy a new or a used car so I was so frustrated. But Mr. Park said they could fix my car but due to the on-going logistic problem it would take a couple of weeks. Boy, they did that. The car was fixed within my budget. Mr. Park was kind and told me to swing by after a couple of weeks to make sure everything was alright, which I did and my car is running like nothing happened before! Highly recommended.

View on GoogleI took my 2007 Lexus 460 LS to these wonderful mechanics today, 10/31/18 to repair an oil filter housing, They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and gave a fair price to complete the repair. The dealership wanted to charge me 4 times more. These guys were my angels today!!!!’ Take all of your repairs to Parks Auto. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. They also did the repair very quickly.
