These guys are great and don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I was a desperate need of two front tires by noon the next day. I called around closing time the night before, gave me a great deal AND they had them put on and ready to roll before 10 AM. These guys rock. I’ll definitely be bringing my business back there.

View on GoogleMy gf took her car to the shop and casually tells me that they had to change her back breaks and put on new back rotors . I told her that's weird because it's her front breaks that were shaking . We pick up the car , sure enough front breaks still have the same issue. Take her car back, they shave the front rotors. Charged her for fixing what wasn't broken ( costs twice as much as well) and charged her the second time for shaving rotors when we took the car back . You would think after changing the wrong breaks and rotors , they would realize they messed up when you at least have to drive the car from the lift to the parking lot . It's more than enough to figure out that the problem wasn't fixed . There was no apology or at least acknowledgment if their obvious fault . They could have at least refunded the labor fees , since they obviously chose to work on the wrong thing to begin with .

View on GoogleJust rude, unhelpful customer service. Couldn't even get a price on a set of tires because I simply asked for the least expensive in my size. The fellow who answered this morning said he couldn't give me a price unless I told him what I wanted in brand. I just told him what a competitor quoted me. Dismissively said he couldn't match that. I still politely thanked him and he simply hung up in my face. Our family has used them for years. They usually do great matching pricing. NEVER again.
