Massey’s is, by far, the best shop I’ve ever taken my truck to. They were quick, responsive, and friendly throughout the whole process of getting my truck back running. They even took me to work when I dropped her off. Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding work (and for the pack of M&Ms left in my truck)!

I just personally had to leave a review. This is genuinely one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. Between great customer service & work I’m mind blown. Sometimes the service can be so good that you lose care for the price & that’s exactly what this was for me. They go above & beyond they basically put my KIA Optima back together. The little details that they did that I didn’t even ask them to do is very much appreciated! Not only that they literally have one of the CLEANEST shops I ever seen in my life. The shop & lobby was spotless. Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Five stars for Massie Automotive! Other repair shops quoted me nearly $5,600 to fix my vehicle’s A/C system, insisting it needed a major repair. Massie Automotive took the time to properly diagnose the issue and fixed it for less than $1,000. Their honesty, expertise, and fair pricing saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy automotive service.

My experience was unbelievably pleasant from the initial phone call received by Rob, then speaking with Al when I arrived at the facility, to a shuttle to and from my home by Jordan. I would give these guys and the establishment 10 Stars if I could! I have a 2008 - Ford F250 Super Duty - King Ranch 6.4 L Engine that would not start after I changed my fuel filters under the hood and then on the rail directly under the driver side door. I spent several days researching a fix for bleeding air out of the line and spent hours trying to bleed the line myself. Trips to Advance, Auto Zone, & Oriley's. I took the vehicle to Massey Automotive based on reviews on Google and I am so glad I did. Al and their staff apparently waved a magic wand over the entire vehicle after a couple of days of diagnosing that the vehicle started up every time while the mechanics were combing over the filters and fuel line. They call me and said your vehicle is ready and Jordan will be there shortly to pick you up. They could have charged me some astronomical amount and said they fixed it, however being so honest there was no charge - $0. I will be taking my Toyota and BMW to these guys because of their honesty. Al even mentioned, "we can fix anything, bring us one of your vehicles so we can fix something." I bought one of my dream cars recently and decided to carefully look around for a shop that would truly take care of it and have the expertise to know exactly what they’re doing. After a few shop inspections, I landed on Massey Automotive and decided I would trust them with it as they seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy based on many detailed high reviews. Additionally, the feel that I got from them in-person made it seem like a family, and you don’t get that feeling at shops nowadays. Most shops today seem to always find ways to take advantage of your situation through upselling and often steer you towards repairing things you don’t really need. They took my car in and gave a very thorough inspection that lined up with what I was expecting based on my own research and time with the car. The estimates for parts and labor were fair for the quality of parts, service, and time being given to handle the repairs of my specific car. They were also communicative throughout the repairs, even as I had to fly out of town for a week. And while I was away, they even kept my car sheltered from the elements due to my concern with it being left outside, which I really appreciated! All in all, the concerns I had about the car were fixed and addressed correctly, and they made sure to get several eyes on it and do multiple test drives and final quality checks to ensure that the work was done correctly before letting it come back home to me. They were even nice enough to work with me and give me a nice discount due to the repairs taking a bit longer than they initially prescribed, as they worked to ensure that my initial concern with a sound in the suspension was gone completely. After receiving it back, the driving felt much more stiff and smooth compared to the looseness that I felt before, and I no longer heard any of the sounds I had concerns of! Clearly, based on all of the above, I can confidently say that I feel that I have found the shop home for my car when it comes to repairs that I do not have the expertise or confidence to do myself. Trey, Ethan, and Al were the absolute best when it came to making me feel that I could trust them to do the job right when it came to repairs on my dream car. I highly recommend Massey Automotive and definitely plan to bring my car here in the future as I take care of it and make sure it stays in tip-top shape!
