I recently had my car repaired here, and I’m really happy with the experience. The team took great care of my vehicle and handled everything professionally. They explained the work clearly and made me feel confident throughout the process. It’s such a relief to find a place that treats your car with care and respect. Highly recommended!

This review is in regards to Mario’s Auto Repair located in Marietta, GA. I was experiencing an issue with my car with the check engine light and something with my suspension. I looked online and found this shop, read reviews and decided to go in person for at least a diagnostic repair for the check engine light. I arrived at Mario’s repair shop and was greeted by a technician that did not speak English, he realized I didn’t speak Spanish so went to get the owner, Mario (Who does speak very good English). I spoke with my Mario in regards to my concerns with my car. This auto shop looks really busy but the owner will make every effort to accommodate you with the diagnostic times. I asked if he could take a look at that day and was told yes. I let me look at my car and we determined the reason for my check engine light being caused by O2 Sensor (Bank 1) being defective. When I say Mario had the best-looking equipment I have seen to do the diagnostic, believe me. He allowed me to see the reading from the diagnostic and advised me what needed to be repaired. I have a 2016 Nissan Altima S (Base Model). He recommended the following things to be completed on the vehicle immediately. The diagnostic fee was $50.00 (Cash or Debit card) which was way cheaper than the Nissan dealership. Results: Need to change out the 02 Sensor in order for check engine light to go off and pass emissions. Recommend to Replace All four Shocks, Sway Bar Link for the suspension I was hearing and feeling. Here is what I would say about this shop: • Would I recommend this Auto Repair shop? Yes, by all means and I will allow him to work on my vehicle again. • Did the team provide great customer service? Yes, even in the language barrier situation, they didn't treat me any different • Would I come back to let this shop work on my car again? That’s a big yes, what auto repair shop takes care of its customers from the start of service to end of service. • Was the shop very communicative? Yes, kept me in the know of all the day to day steps for my car. • Did the shop provide financing options? Yes, even if you are on a budget and need someone to treat you like your voice matters, please go see Mario at Mario’s Auto Repair. He’s the best at his craft and you can tell he cares, weather you are a man or a woman. • Does this Auto Repair, provide a warranty period? Yes, He guarantees his work for parts and labor for 1 Year. In my opinion the dealership doesn’t even give you a year warranty on parts and labor for that extended time period. • What star rating would I provide this shop provided me? I give them a (5) Star rating for my experience and work completed on my car. • Go see him and his team but keep in mind to be patient, they have several cars that have arrived before yours! • Show the Auto Shop the same respect you would have wanted them to show you in return. Mario knows more about auto repair than most dealership mechanics. He does great work at a price cheaper than dealerships! Plus he has been in business for a long time that should tell you something about this man. You don’t stay in business for 20 years and at the same location if you’re not doing something right. Keep up the great job Mario!!

I’m a referral. He’s been working with my family for a while since we moved from S. Flo. Mario is honest & reliable. He and his staff really care and are very knowledgeable. They treat your car like it is theirs. His team serviced my 2024 Tiguan R and that sealed it for me. You can bring your own parts and the service is extremely swift. I will not be going back to the stealership. I am going to Mario’s. His shop and expertise is worth the drive and the traffic. Save your money and TIP him 👌🏾

I had a very bad experience with Mario Auto Repair. The customer service was unprofessional, and the mechanic work did not meet basic expectations.
