I rarely leave reviews, but Marietta Auto Repair absolutely earned this one. After getting a much more extreme diagnosis elsewhere, I had my 2018 Yukon XL Denali towed over 40 miles from the Stockbridge area all the way to the Marietta/Woodstock area for a second opinion and it was completely worth it. I was fully prepared to be without my truck for weeks and was mentally preparing myself for an engine replacement bill based on the original diagnosis I received elsewhere. Instead, they gave me a real diagnosis, got my truck back to me much quicker than expected, and at about a third of the price I was preparing myself to pay. Garrett was my service advisor, and Lemon and Stinnett were my techs. Garrett is extremely personable honestly like talking to your family doctor. He communicates well, keeps you informed, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. At this point, if Garrett told me I needed an engine, I would trust him completely because they already proved to me they are not looking to sell you things you don’t need. They took the time to properly diagnose the truck instead of immediately pushing a full engine replacement. They replaced all fuel injectors, addressed suspension issues, installed new tires, alignment, and made sure the truck was actually repaired correctly instead of just throwing parts at it. The truck now rides and drives like a completely different vehicle. Most importantly, they communicated throughout the process, sent pictures and updates, and made sure the truck was driving correctly before releasing it back to me. Some of the things they did for me during this process I won’t even share online you’ll have to experience that level of customer service for yourself. Hopefully this review becomes somebody else’s blessing because I know I was definitely blessed this week. All I can say is wow! These guys are amazing! I bought a used vehicle from a local dealer and ran into issues immediately after buying and was left in the dirt. One phone call to Marietta auto repair and it was clear that I was going to be taken care of. These guys are professional, reliable and trustworthy. To all those looking for a reliable trustworthy mechanic these are the guys. I was always informed and reassured during the process of repair and was in and out of the door faster than expected. They went above and beyond in their work, and gave me confidence for the future. I have lived in the Atlanta area for 7 years and this is the only business I will return to or recommend for others. This is a business that is well worth supporting. The owner is often present, and the employees are both knowledgeable and communicate to customers with integrity and consideration. I've been taking my vehicles to their lead Master Tech, Max for over 20 years. He is one of the most knowledgeable, intelligent and skilled technicians I've ever met. Far more importantly, he is kind, honest and fully transparent. Great shop!! Highly recommend!!

I had an outstanding experience at this shop. They repaired the half shafts on my Tesla Model X, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly exceeded my expectations. If you own a Tesla, you know not every shop is comfortable working on them—but these guys clearly know what they’re doing. They quickly diagnosed the issue with the half shafts for free and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or upselling. The repair itself was done efficiently, and the difference in how the car drives now is night and day—no more vibration or noise, just a smooth, quiet ride like it should be. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. Communication was great throughout the process, pricing was fair, and the car was ready when they said it would be. I had a great experience at this auto shop. I came in for new tires, an alignment, and an oil change, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was being done without any pressure. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of service provided. I also really appreciated how timely everything was—I was in and out quicker than expected. Overall, excellent service and a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable auto care
