I had to get my axles replaced, the car was shaking for a long period of time and I didn’t know what it was neither did like 3 other places I took it too before I came here… you can tell that they know what they’re doing and they are very knowledgeable in their work. That building has been there for decades, I think it’s really cool that it is family owned, and everyone has so much knowledge from so many years of practice. I will be going to them for all other things going forward. Also, very sweet people.

If you had a bad experience here, you brought it with you. This is the rarest of all automotive businesses: honest, competent, forthright and looking out for the best interest of their customers. Even when the customer does not have the ability to understand what that is (based on what I've seen in negative reviews). If you have no idea what caster, camber and toe-in are, then don't be an "ask-hole" when the alignment shop tells you that there is a problem with your vehicle (preventing a successful alignment). There's a reason this shop survives in a world of internet trash talkers and "ask-holes." That reason is: honesty. The inability to understand the information does not give you a free pass to denigrate their work, nor their integrity. It simply makes you ignorant and cowardly. Labor time costs money (those technicians have to eat and pay rent) and having a shop identify issues with your vehicle is not a "free" service. Next time your steering wheel pulls one way or the other, just ask AI to fix it and see how that goes. If you want a shop available to put their hands on your vehicle, expect to pay for their time. That time is valuable BECAUSE of their expertise and a brick-and-mortar presence. The fact that they caught my bad wheel bearing (and made me aware of it) before performing a front end alignment says everything a customer should know about this business. I was charged appropriately for the work performed and I am more than satisfied with the explanation I received (both visits) and outcome. Thanks again for your help this week, I have found my forever alignment shop.
